Reeya helps organisations turn complicated processes into clear, usable services.
A keen observer and lifelong learner, Reeya is a service and digital experience professional who focuses on making complex systems easier to understand and use. Today she helps organisations clarify processes, improve customer journeys and introduce accessible digital services.
Originally trained as an architect, she spent her early career in project coordination and built environments across Indonesia, Singapore, Germany and the Middle East. During this period she completed postgraduate studies in Marketing Management, developing a strong understanding of communication, user behaviour and decision-making. These experiences shaped her structured thinking and her sensitivity to how people interact with unfamiliar systems and environments
After moving to Melbourne, she began applying this combined systems and behavioural perspective to the digital space. Formal UX-UI training supported this transition, allowing her to connect analysis, communication and implementation in practical ways.
She is most engaged when she can quietly analyse a problem, organise information and design solutions that allow people to act independently and with confidence. Reeya values thoughtful work, autonomy and meaningful collaboration, and is particularly drawn to roles where careful thinking and well-designed systems create lasting impact.
